Amendment, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellation policies vary depending on the period of stay. The basic cancellation terms are as follows:

  • Low Season: Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to the arrival date will incur the first night’s charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value.
  • High Season: Any cancellation received within 5 days prior to the arrival date will incur the first night’s charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value.

If the guest cancels before the deadlines specified in the policy above, any prepaid charges will be refunded within 10 – 14 business days.

 

Room Change Policy:

If the reserved room becomes unavailable due to an operational issue, the guest will be offered a complimentary room upgrade or flexibly moved to one of hotel groups. If the guest does not accept the proposed solution, any prepaid room charges will be refunded within 10–14 business days.

 

Amendment Policy:

If guests wish to change their check-in or check-out date, they must notify hotel staff at least 1 day prior to the original date. Depending on actual room availability, A&Em Hotel may accommodate the request free of charge or apply a fee based on a percentage of the room rate.

If the guest notifies the hotel later than the required timeframe, requests will be handled based on room availability, and a modification fee will be applied according to a percentage of the room rate.
