a) Limitations on Service Availability Periods
  • Accommodation services are provided according to the check-in date and length of stay selected by the guest and confirmed by the hotel.
  • Guests may submit online booking requests through the functions available on the website. However, a reservation is confirmed only when the requested room is available and the guest has satisfied all applicable booking requirements of the hotel.
  • Check-in and check-out times shall be subject to the hotel’s policies as published or communicated to the guest at the time of booking.
  • Where a guest requests early check-in or late check-out, such service shall be subject to actual room availability and may incur additional charges in accordance with the hotel’s policies.
  • Certain room types, promotional programs, or room rates may only be available for specific periods, on particular dates, or during public holidays, Tet holidays, or peak seasons, as stated on the website.
  • The hotel may limit or temporarily suspend certain additional services due to maintenance, repairs, or actual operational conditions.
b) Geographical Limitations
  • Accommodation services are provided at A&EM Hotels at the addresses published on a-emhotels.com.
  • Guests shall check in and use the services directly at the hotel specified in their confirmed reservation.
  • Additional hotel services, if any, shall only be provided within the areas and locations specified by the hotel.
  • The hotel shall not be obligated to provide accommodation services at any location other than the location confirmed in the reservation, unless otherwise separately agreed between the hotel and the guest.

c) Restrictions Applicable to Guests

  • Guests using the hotel’s services must comply with applicable requirements regarding age, identification documents, and accommodation registration in accordance with applicable laws and the hotel’s policies.
  • The person making the reservation must provide accurate information, including full name, number of guests, length of stay, and any other information required by the hotel.
  • For guests who are minors, their stay must comply with applicable laws regarding accommodation and the hotel’s requirements. Where necessary, they must be accompanied by a legal representative or another eligible adult.
  • The number of guests staying in each room must not exceed the maximum occupancy permitted for the booked room type, unless otherwise approved by the hotel.
  • Guests must comply with the hotel’s regulations concerning security, public order, fire prevention and safety, hygiene, and the proper use of hotel rooms and facilities.

d) Quantity Limitations

  • The number of rooms that a guest may book is subject to room availability at the time of booking.
  • Each room type has a maximum occupancy limit as specified on the website or in the booking confirmation.
  • Where the number of guests exceeds the standard occupancy of a room, the guest must book additional room(s) or follow an alternative arrangement approved by the hotel.
  • The hotel reserves the right to limit the maximum number of rooms that may be booked in a single transaction or by a single guest where necessary, particularly in connection with promotional programs, special rates, or peak periods.
  • Certain promotional programs may impose limitations on the number of rooms, number of nights, or number of times a guest may use a particular offer, in accordance with the published terms and conditions of such promotion.
e) Conditions Relating to Service Availability
  • The provision of accommodation services is subject to room availability, operational conditions, and the hotel’s actual capacity to provide services at any given time.
  • Certain rooms or services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, repairs, cleaning, facility upgrades, or the resolution of technical issues.
  • In the event of technical failures, power outages, damage to facilities, or other issues affecting the hotel’s ability to provide services, the hotel may temporarily suspend the provision of the affected room(s) or service(s) in order to ensure the safety of guests and the proper operation of the hotel.
  • In the event of natural disasters, epidemics, fire, serious incidents, orders or decisions issued by competent government authorities, or other force majeure events, the hotel may temporarily suspend, modify, or restrict the provision of services.
  • Where such suspension or modification affects a confirmed reservation, the hotel will notify the guest within a reasonable period and coordinate with the guest to provide an appropriate solution, which may include changing the stay dates, changing the room type, or providing a refund in accordance with the applicable policy.
  • The hotel reserves the right to take any necessary measures to ensure the safety, security, and health of guests and employees, as well as the protection of property, in the event of an incident or emergency.
  • Specific conditions applicable to each room type, rate plan, additional service, or promotional program will be clearly disclosed before the guest completes a reservation and shall form part of the basis governing the transaction between the parties.
